The Parviz Khatibi Cultural Foundation was established in Octorber of 1993, just months after Khatibi's death in Los Angeles California. The foundation's purpose is to preserve and promote published and unpublished artistic works of Khatibi, as well as to help young people and first time publishers to find ways to publish their own work.

Since 1993, The Parviz Khatibi Cultural Foundation has continued to support the releases of plays, books, videos, audio tapes and all works published and unpublished of Parviz Khatibi.
